About me: My name is Bianca Gonzalez (she/her, they/them), I am a mixed-race Chicanx Practitioner of Curanderismo.

I am the granddaughter of Josepha Rafaela Landa of Nostic, Jalisco, Hillario Adolfo Alarcon of Jaurez, Chihuahua, Betty Lue Burgess of St. Joseph, Missouri and Gene Tyrell of Lincoln, Nebraska.

I am a former apprentice of Dr. Lisa Martinez and Dr. Samuel Nez. My Elders are Dr. Sophia Chavez and Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes. I have taken additional training from Mexica and Mayan elders as well as graduated from The School of Intuitive Studies with Wendy DeRosa and Reiki 3 with Lisa Powers.

Despite my other studies, my practice is that of Curanderismo as learned in my 4 year apprenticeship combined with what was passed down orally from my grandmother’s lineage. My offerings included Plactica, Limpias, and other related Curanderismo magical and folk medicine practices.

While a hands on session can be similar to Reiki, I do not mix medicines with my traditional healing work. I am happy to refer out for Reiki as needed. I do however use the combined collective knowledge of energy body, spirit and such teachings to inform my work.

My mission is to serve as a hollow bone, channeling healing from Spirit to guide others back to themselves. Rooted in ancestral wisdom and the sacred teachings of Curanderismo, I offer pathways to reconnect with the soul, restore balance, and honor the healing power of self.

I envision a world where individuals heal deeply, reconnect with their true essence, and embrace the guidance of Spirit and their ancestors. Through this work, we collectively restore harmony, reclaim ancestral ways of healing, and honor the timeless practices that nurture the heart and soul.

Working with me: My work is intentional and intuitive. Sessions will vary depending on each individual. While you may come to me for say an egg limpia, Spirit will guide our sessions. Our session(s) are typically held in my home workspace but can sometimes held in the clients home, or in an outdoor space depending on weather.

Sessions begin with plactica (heart to heart conversation), typically in a  meeting before hand. Sometimes, plactica is the modality in which we continue treatment, but often we move forward with hands-on healing. I use smoke, salves, oils, candles, rattles, obsidian and other tools during our sessions. Typically there is little to no dialogue during the sessions, although the nature of each session may vary. Each session may vary from 45 min to 90 min. Energy exchange and supplies coverage is a suggested donation or trade of $65-$235, if the session is outside of my treatment space, I will ask for an additional donation of $5-$10 for gas reimbursement. I encourage Indigenous and POC community members to donate only the lower portion of the scale.  Trades are up for discussion.

Other offerings include: River limpias, house blessings, hospice and grief support, 1:1 ceremonial sessions, small group ceremony, individual tea making and more. If you need grief care, I offer a free session.

My passions have always been in alignment with helping people heal, social justice and empowerment of individuals. I also work full-time for a non-profit program in Oregon and try to volunteer when I can.

I am currently a guest on the traditional lands of the Multanomah, Cowlitz, Kalamath, Siltez, Cayuse, Umatilla, Walla Walla and many more tribal nations that call this land home.
